Kelly Daniel is in her 25th year at Tiffin University as she stated as the compliance director in 2001. Kelly was recently named Associate Atheltic Director in 2018. She is a graduate of Findlay university with her Bachelor's as well as her Master's. She is also a local as she graduated form Clyde High School not too far from Tiffin. In her time at Tiffin University she has watched the university grow in so many different aspects in the world of sports. In her time she has witnessed the University go from NAIA to Division 2. As well as a change from one conference to another. Kelly is the only compliance director at Tiffin an unusual department to be run by one individual. But she does an amazing job of getting every athlete possible on the playing field every year. In her time at Tiffin, she has helped be apart of Two national titles and many conference championships. Kelly had a strong passion for Tiffin University and loves to see them succeed in every way. The fire she brings to work every day is something I will carry with me forever. This passion is given to every student-athlete no matter the sport as she looks to help bring success to Tiffin in every way.
